PICK UP OPTION:
The wine will be available for you to pick up in the Retail Room during regular business hours after you’ve been notified of the available date. Payment and orders for the collectors club must be done though contact to the winery at internetorders@elkrun.com or by phone at 410-774-2513. The Collectors Club membership is a one year commitment. After this point, written cancellations may be made via email to the wine club manager also at internetorders@elkrun.com. Notice must be received one month prior to package releases. If notification is not received, the membership is continually renewed until notice is given.

Shipping costs in Maryland average about $10.00 after our free shipping ( through this November) for the three wines. Ship dates are mid-October, January, May and September. Membership benefits are effective after the first successful charge to your credit card which we will keep off-line in a secure file.

If wine is not picked up by end of the membership year, the wine will be shipped to you and the shipping charges will be applied to your credit card on file. Substitutions may be necessary. All benefits are non-transferable. Shipping rights and privileges are subject to change at any time without notice. Membership is restricted to adults 21 years of age or older.
